Welcome to Kung Food Kitchen Experiment. We are a Fast- Casual Dining experience serving a mix of fusion, comfort, and traditional food from around the world. We are always looking for fun and delicious ways to get the most out of our tiny kitchen. The concept originated from a modification of my father's Hmong crispy rice wrapper spring roll recipe. Living in Virginia Beach with a large Filipino community, I did my own version with similar ingredients inside and a Filipino Lumpia crisp outside. From there, we have done things from Chorizo Scotch Eggs, Pan-Fried Noodles w/ Spicy Red Curry, Fusion Taco Trio, and more to come!!

Eats that bring joy to the heart:) (Prices are from 2021 unchanged from pre-covid)
Chinese pan-fried noodles topped with stir-fried veggies, spicy coconut red curry with bell pepper and onion
+ $2 Option to add of Chicken, Beef, Pork or Vegetarian W/ Tofu
Steamed Fluffy Bao buns with the option of slow-cooked pork or chicken. Topped w/ pickled onion, carrots, jalapeno and cilantro, Korean BBQ sauce, and Siracha Aioli
Chinese noodles sauteed with a spicy peanut butter sauce. Topped with scallions, fried garlic, and ground red pepper. Vegetarian option.
+ $2 Option to add of Chicken, Beef, Pork or Vegetarian W/ Tofu
Spicy chicken, green onion, celery, carrots, and green cabbage in crisp lettuce cups topped with curry sriracha aioli.

Three tacos, (1) Korean ground beef topped with pickled slaw, Vietnamese salsa, (1) Bulgogi chicken topped with fresh pico de Gallo, crema, cilantro, and (1) pork with Asian Slaw, jalapenos, and cilantro. All are topped with Cojita cheese.
Some things we've been messing around with...
Traditional Nathan's hot dog served either kimchi-style (Korean mayo and yellow mustard) or Asian Slaw-style (pickled & crispy red onion)
Option to Substitute Vegan HotDog
A mixture of ground beef and pork sausage, Thai basil, cilantro, Thai chili, fish sauce, lime juice, and garlic topped with ancho chili crema and Scallions
A slow cooked mix of chicken thighs and breasts in a sweet Korean bulgogi sauce, served with Asian slaw and Korean BBQ sauce.
Hmong Meatball mix as 3 Slider PAtties, w/ Mayo, Hawk Sauce, Dill Relish, Red Onion, Provolone, and fresh Jalapenos.
Available Wrapped in Lettuce.
